The affection come from it’s exceptional armour that would be good for a heavy tank the next tier up. The Panzer II Luchs with its stubby proportions and blistering mobility is occasionally likened to a puppy. The M24 Chaffee is considered cute for similar reasons. Battle in the Rain: Maps in the Xbox version generally have several reskins taking place at different times of day and in different weather conditions. Rain is common, ranging from a light drizzle to an apocalyptic thunderstorm. It doesn’t have a significant effect on gameplay, but it looks very cool. Better to Die than Be Killed: Some players deliberately drown their tank, hit themselves with HE splash damage or drive off tall cliffs when the battle has been lost to deny the enemy an easy kill, which means less XP and credits for the winning team.
Supertest: Blíží se odstranění části premium tanků z obchodu?
Matchmaking Matchmaking The composition of tanks in each team is a task of matchmaker. It works in following manner. It takes one tank from the queue and looks at his tier. For example it is IS – russian heavy with tier 7. The matchmaker takes the corresponding line from the table below and sees that the IS has battle tiers from 7 till 9. Randomly is the tier for battle selected.
May 29, · When softer matchmaking rules were introduced, the Tier V tank lost the Schmalturm and the Pz. IV S. was reintroduced as a premium tank, now at Tier VI. The Pz.

It would be great if we could use carbon dating for everything. Dating as an institution is a relatively recent phenomenon which has mainly emerged in the last few centuries. David was believed to be dating boyfriend Sean from a longtime. In the cities at least, it is becoming more accepted for two people to meet and try to find if there is compatibility.

Leave a comment On Monday morning someone a person in a mobility scooter was killed by a car very close to where I work, just up the street. Not very far up the street. It is quite remarkable how knowledge that someone was fighting, and lost, their life just outside had a sobering effect on the atmosphere. Something speaks perhaps to our common humanity. I must admit the effect has lingered a little longer for me — such things often do.
Generally I managed to deal with this tolerably well by playing games. Like with all mental health conditions one seeks ways to manage this. Well, I coped with the immediate situation by distraction — be it Melian when she was awake, World of Tanks, or something else. Now I have a little temporal distance to be able to write this little intro to this post which hopefully will help discharge some of the intensity.
I have done a fair bit of gameplaying this week, mostly in just three games — World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, and Master of Orion 2. The Tiger P has a little further to go. I am playing reasonably on both tanks, but nevertheless I do feel like I have struggled a little. I have had another mini-losing streak on the regular Tiger, and on the Tiger P.
Bad luck in my teams, or just plain bad luck.

IV had the Schmalturm as its upgraded turret with the 7,5 cm Kw.K. 42 L/70 gun. When softer matchmaking rules were introduced, the Tier V tank lost the Schmalturm and the Pz. IV S. was reintroduced as a premium tank, now at Tier VI. The Pz. IV S. was removed from sale in the gift shop and the in game tech tree on the 8 June Removal of Premium Tanks From Shop as part of the WG .
The TOG is the only one that is uninteresting to me. Schmalturm has a good but not ‘great’ turret, good accuracy and aim time and quite a fair damage per minute. It however is also very slow not just because of the lack of horse power but also because of it’s rubbish tracks which suffer greatly over rough terrain.
You can forget to call it a medium tank, it’s a heavy unlike the old Pz IV at tier 5. Ahh, also the gun depression is quite good but not spectacular. Overall it’s a good tank worth buying if you like combat at a distance and using hull down tactics.
World of Tanks
It is quite accurate and capable of hitting fairly consistently at medium to long ranges. The gun also has a very low rate-of-fire for the amount of damage it does per shot, resulting in a very low damage-per-minute the worst of any Tier VI medium , and it will lose in slugging matches against other mediums, especially high DPM tanks like the M4A3E8 and Cromwell. The Schmalturm turret is quite resilient against lower tier tanks, and the gun mantlet and angled turret sides can get ricochets when the turret is pointed directly facing incoming fire.
However, the flat face of the turret is only mm thick, and can be penetrated by even some Tier VI tanks.
M10 is actually a hidden gem, people underrate it but it can cause serious harm if used correctly. The Pz IV Schmalturm on the other hand, there’s no hope for that thing, it’s terrible.
Patch soon fellow tankers! Turn rate of suspension KV-2 obr. Terrain resistance of suspension KV-2 obr. Horsepower of the engine V-5 changed from to hp KV Reload time for gun mm D S changed from 7,1 sec. Reload time for gun mm D S obr.
Hellsau’s Tank Reviews (please don’t delete this, thanks)
Goes insanely fast in a straight line due to unbelievable acceleration power, but it has trouble turning. It’s basically a weird moving polyhedron, so it can bounce a lot of machine gun fire and the odd cannon shot, but it isn’t as bouncy as the T Do not reward Wargaming for that kind of behavior.
The Panzer IV was partially succeeded by the Panther medium tank, which was introduced to counter the Soviet T, although the Panzer IV continued as a significant component of German armoured formations to the end of the war. The Panzer IV was the most widely exported tank in German service, with around sold to Finland, Romania, Spain and Bulgaria.
American As you can see, in addition to vehicles that fought, there are quite a few of prototypes, paper projects, and immediate postwar vehicles. Below the main trees are “special tanks” – on the left are premium tanks bought with real money, on the right are ones that you’ll get either with the game box, or at special events.
Combat is fairly straightforward – two teams of fifteen tanks each start on opposite sides of a map, about a kilometer square. Each team starts near a flag; around a flag there is a meter circle. If an enemy tank drives within that circle, they start accumulating capture points – if your flag is captured, you lose; unless you capture the enemy flag within 10 seconds of your own flag being captured, in which case the round is a draw. If the game isn’t over in 15 minutes, it’s also a draw.
Teams aren’t restricted by nationality, tanks are freely mixed to achieve best possible balance between the two teams. The physics are somewhere between a pure arcade and a hardcore sim. On one hand, you’re watching from outside the tank, you drive with WASD and aim including automatic turret rotation with the mouse, tanks have hitpoints, elevation is calculated automatically, enemy tanks are displayed on the minimap as long as someone on your team within radio range sees them, etc, etc.
Actually, now that I think about it, it’s fairly close to physics in MechWarrior games. Every time you fight, you earn experience and credits.
